Our franchise peer performance group program offers structure, facilitator training, metrics and a research based foundation to drive results.
Our peer performance group program is supported by a framework developed by research and franchise feedback. (see below)
We collaborate with you from day one to incorporate your unique brand's goal into the framework. This includes identifying:
Franchisees say there are four key elements missing from peer groups: structure, obtaining commitment, setting clear expectations, and accountability.
We provide training to your facilitators to ensure groups uphold structure along with productivity, timeliness and boundaries to drive results. Facilitators also receive ongoing coaching to advance learning, leadership and solve problems.
Measuring what you manage provides insight to drive conversations, decisions and optimal changes. Therefore, our groups utilize metrics so franchisees deepen business insights and drive performance in their business.
Since we practice what we preach, we collect data on the groups to measure outcomes while also promoting transparency and communication.
Already have a franchise peer group program? We will provide a third-party review to capture feedback and data on what's working, what's not, and how it can be improved.
We survey franchisees and facilitators as well as conduct a thorough system and outcome review. The review includes a comprehensive report inclusive of recommendations and a virtual discussion to review.
Does your peer group program need to be optimized? Help your facilitators evolve in the program using science and strategies to be more effective and continue to run impactful groups.
Following facilitator training, we continue to follow-up with virtual coaching sessions to ensure education transitions into application and outcomes.
Ready to launch a brand-new peer performance group program? We collaborate with you to incorporate your brand's goal into a framework to design and launch a successful program including facilitator selection and training, business metrics, and profitable conversations.
Peer performance groups require a strong program foundation, maintained structure and ongoing facilitator training/coaching for success. Our program includes support to initiate the program, facilitator training/coaching, and ongoing data collection to measure outcomes. This combination of efforts helps to build, maintain and measure success.

Topics can include a range of information to complement your organization and goals. Recommended content includes topics that develop and strengthen business acumen and leadership skills along with personal accountability and positive franchisee relationship building.
Groups are strategically formed with 6-9 people to maximize individual strengths, personality styles, experience and business acumen.
We recommend starting with at least two groups to allow franchisees to be paired and divided optimally. Starting with a smaller number of groups allows your organization to build a strong program and grow momentum for additional groups over time.
Every organization can choose the frequency and types of meetings. Some franchisors want monthly or quarterly virtual meetings to maintain communication and support due to implementing a multitude of new processes and products.
Other franchisors prefer 2-3 in-person meetings/year. This helps franchisees separate themself from the business and focus their attention to 'work on the business' and not 'in the business.' This also provides opportunity for work/life balance.
Lastly, we have found an in-person meeting immediately prior to convention is an efficient use of time, resources and travel while also promoting conference attendance.
Yes, we do provide facilitator training. One reason self developed peer groups sometimes fail is due to poor facilitation. We provide training to all facilitators prior to group launch as well as ongoing coaching. This ensures that groups maintain structure, development, focus, productive time management, and boundaries. Our program also supports ongoing facilitator training and onboarding to account for turnover and optimal group outcomes.
Franchisees often feel isolated and want to connect with other business owners. To keep groups focused on personal growth, business development, and accountability, we utilize trained facilitators to maintain productive conversations and structure that promotes great outcomes and valuable time spent together.
